FYI, stair count for all Fitbits does not affect your burn in any way. It's meant to be a motivating metric. It's based on changes in air pressure, so you can get lots of "flights" walking outside on a windy day.
Our engineers are aware of an issue causing floor counts to be excessively high for a small percentage of Charge HR customers. Rest assured we're working as quickly as possible to resolve this issue and we'll release a fix via firmware update as soon as its available. Unfortunately any floor badges earned as a result of this bug cannot be deleted.
