According to my Charge HR doing my normal daily activity (no working out) i only burn 1312 calories 12-12. So if I wanted a deficit I would need to eat like 1000 calories a day? Obviously on the days I'm more active I'm more like 1600 but I am confused on how much I should eat. According to scooby even at "desk job little activity" my tdee is 1500 not 1300. help anyone?!

How small are you? I'm 5'2" & 120 lbs., and on rest days I burn 1,232.

Enable negative calorie adjustments: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/account/diary_settings (They'll never put you below 1,200.)
Set your goal to .5 lb. for every 25 lbs. you're overweight: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/account/change_goals_guided
Ignore your Fitbit calorie goal and follow MFP's, eating back your adjustments.0 -
I am 5'2 134 trying to get back to 115 ish. So i guess thats about right then.. I'm just confused how to have a deficit if I'm burning that little anyway.0

So with 15 lbs to go, 250 cal deficit is indeed reasonable amount to attempt.
Which does indeed mean 1000 on your non-exercise days.
If you have a minimum eating level that you'd like to have, and know you can adhere to better - then set your Fitbit daily burn goal to 250 more than that eating level.
And get moving.
Go to any road race and look around at all the gaps between the taller heads. Those are shorter ladies in those gaps, doing what they need to be able to eat at a reasonable level.
As to why Scooby was higher - it's an estimate, based on your guess.
Fitbit is too - but better, and actually monitoring you.0 -

I agree with editorgrrl and heybales. What is working for me is finding a calorie level that I can eat without feeling constantly hungry (for me, that's around 2000 calories a day) and then being active enough - whether it is deliberate exercise or just pacing around the house - to burn more than that. I love my Fitbit because I can actually tell when I need to be more active.0
