So today I decided that I need to move more. I have added walking to my list. I made a list of all the hiking trails in my area and how many miles each one is. I want to walk them all in the next 4 months and that will be 800 miles if I do!

I recharged my Fitbit Flex. I had not been using it for many months...got my over 10,000 steps in today. So I will also keep pushing! Thanks for the push!!0

I knocked two parks off my bucket list today for a total of 7 miles in trail walking today! Now to prep this weeks chicken!0
