How are people planning to incorporate their healthy lifestyles into their week this week?
I plan on the following:
1. No alcohol - it kills my progress
2. Walk/exercise 30 minutes after work/school 6/7 days this week. Try to complete two 16 minute tabatas prior to two of my nightly walks.
3. Pack my lunches ( I went to the store this morning) and stay under my calorie goal every day.
What three goals would you like to make?
