Hi, I'm not really new to mfp. I'm new to this GRP though.
I used to weigh over 300#s .. I've been struggling w/my
last 50. My losses have slown down.

Anyone have any good advice on pushing the most obstinant
ones off? I have insulin resistance as well which makes it
a tough battle.
