shakiness after a workout?

For some reason i shake after a workout. Does this happen to anyone else? It takes me about 20 to 30 minutes to stop. Today i even changed my calorie allowence to help stop this from happening.

I do notice I have, and it's normally because I haven't eaten anything or my blood sugar is low, or I need water. When it starts have a snack and drink some water. Hope this helps.0

I try to eat a few almonds before k workout to avoid this problem & it seems to help0

Do you workout on empty stomach? Or try sipping on protein shake durning workout0
