One of the worst things to eat is red meat. It is often rather fatty and tend cause a lot of issues when eaten in excess. Sometimes it can lead to diabetes.Now in moderation it is perfectly healthy but for today we are trying something different.

This one is easy peasy. We don't eat a lot of red meat - sadly for me. Anyways, we are having a sw chicken salad for supper. thanks for great start for daily challenges!0
