Getting Kinda Bored

So I'm already starting to get bored with the workouts, not that I'm really good at these workouts yet, but for some reason I'm really bored. I'm starting to consider trying out another workout program, maybe another beachbody program. I like that the 21dayfix is low impact and only 30 minutes. What other workout plans are similar through beachbody? OR not even beachbody?

    If you're bored with this, you'll be bored with the others. All are repetitive, by day, workouts. Try swapping out for something you like. Stick with the program for 3-4 days using the workouts you do like, and add something else for the days that you're really bored with. I get bored with them too. But I've tried a lot of BB programs, and I get a lot less bored with 21DFX than I have the others because the moves are only 30 sec to a minute a piece. Other programs like Insanity or T25 you repeat the moves for 3 rounds which takes up about 10 min. I don't have much advice as I think this is more of a mind over matter kind of thing. We all get bored. And then we switch to something else for a day or so and then get back into it. Do whatever keeps you going! I just wouldn't suggest investing in another regimented program if regiment is boring you.

    So try other things... Rotate every time you get bored. Do some of this, do some of that, just do something. I do intervals for a while, JM 30 Day shred, Erin Stern's Elite workout, and BFL UB/LB/HIIT split. There's nothing that says you can't switch things up. Once you get bored, you're just going through the motions to get done. Find a local boxing class, try some Pilates or Zumba. The most important thing is to just MOVE!
