cant add using emails?

Hello all. Im new to the jawbone and im trying to add some of you as teamates but i cant add with e-mails when it says i should be able to. i can do names i guess. not sure why. if anyone has an idea why please let me know. thanks bunches!

Hi I think you can do either but if you search an email address then the persons name will come up and it's not always obvious the link between the two

Make sure you didn't make a mistake in the email address. I had trouble finding them some as well and it was usually a typo. Good luck, you can add me Jennifer Garcia0
