HELP Took a swim with Charge HR

I probably swam 25 meters b4 I noticed in on. I soaked it in rice, it still works but I notice that 1. it doesn't count all my steps. 2. Resting heart rate dropped in the 40. 3. time will pop on without pressing the button. It is about 2 1/2 mo. old,
