I know alot of people out there who are in the same boat as me you wanna lose weight maybe you're struggling maybe you're not. Maybe your struggle is exercise you either don't exercise whether it's walking, jogging or you don't have the time or money to join a gym. If you're like me you just don't have anyone to go walking with sometimes you want some company. So i'm taking the first step and starting a walking group. Anyone interested let me know. Especially if you live in the Cambridge area. Come on we can do it! We need motivation thats what the group is about motivating and encouraging each other no judgements.
