Hey everyone!
My name is Heather, I'm 28 but usually get mistaken for a teenager or young college student...hey i'll take it!
Anyways Im pretty new to MFP, I'm generally very active. I'm a certified athletic trainer and am on the go all the time with all my sports teams and athletes to watch out for.
However, I drive an hour to work one way each day. So two hours of my day is just sitting, and not being able to do much about it. I never knew how much driving could tax my body, and it has really slowed me down and hurt my fitness. I also am bad for snacking in my car because I get bored.
So im taking advantage of my summer time off and getting back on the right track.. I would love to go back to work in august having lost some weight and being a better and fitter me.
Im going on almost two weeks strong with attending the gym, eating right, drinking lots of water. But I still need back up and motivation. My husband is also doing MFP, and that helps. We also invested in a Jawbone Up today. Hope we like it!
