Day 15: 140 Squats!

Hello Ladies!

Sorry for the lack in leadership this past weekend. I've been out with a cold and busy with fathers day. But I'm back! Hope you all stayed right on track with your squats.

I know I did not. :( I am way behind. I am going to just try to do extra to catch back up. It's a nice lesson though, to know you can mess up and dont have to throw in the towel.

Can any of you see a difference in your legs? For me I can tell in my thighs! And we've only been going for 15 days now!! It's amazing.
