I just got mine today so I'm still sort of figuring it out but if you have one I would love to friend you!

    I have been using one for a while. I like it because it keeps track of my heart rate and steps. I will check it every so often and it will remind me to walk more, lol.

    I really like the dashboard feature because it reminds of an EXP bar in a game and that's so motivating for me

    They have a sister app that is a rpg! In there the steps are actual EXP points...
