In the weekly Warrior Mini-Goal Challenge focus on your short term goals.
Focusing on one week at a time, when the big picture seems too overwhelming. Small changes can bring on big results!!
Choose one or more things you want to work on for just this week. Don't set it too high or unreachable!!
Please, make sure your week works for you. Sun to Sat or Mon to Sun, whatever is YOUR week!
You can reach your main goal if you break it into small actionable steps. It could be as easy as 1-2-3!
1) Choose something you know you can do easily.
2) Add more difficult tasks to your plan.
3) These small steps will get you started, motivated & help build routine for long term success!!
Anyone interested in joining us for another week, or a first week, or a get back on track week?

Hey Gang
Gonna keep making a weekly thread...and they will come! I figure even it is only one person that person will get something out of our threads. Don't know what happened to me between Sunday and now. I logged in each day but never made it to groups.
Rumor has it but I don't want to get my hopes up too high.... The group search feature will be up and running shortly. Not sure what shortly means but...... Hopefully it also means we can began tagging one another and Mods/Owners get some power back to delete threads if needed etc. Not much like that comes up on this one but it's nice to have group features working properly.

Off to do the 3rd goal now...
Getting plenty of rest and trying to get in plenty of water. So I'm on plan and will see if tomorrow morning I can get out and accomplish some things that's I've had to put on hold.

Absolutely it does! It's like a wonderful thread of cheerleaders, friends that understand the tougher times but still love us and other have cheers for us when things go well!

Still working on getting well but have been doing good on allowing my body enough rest and working on getting plenty of water.

This is a fantastic post Forest! Makes me really stop and think how DID my week go and what choices could I make differently. As Forest shared, not dwelling in the past but perhaps evaluating it a bit.
Been home most of this week too, think I got outdoors once just to see how I would feel (HOT & HUMID out ick! I gotta remember I said this in the Winter lol). I filled the car with gas and picked up a few things from Trader Joe's. I really felt like I'd accomplished a lot but was really worn out the next day. So my body is still on the mend but my brain is not quite so sluggish .. been doing a few things around here and doing that feels good, like I'm working on getting some things caught up.
Trying to look at the big picture, never had walking pneumonia so had no clue how it feels or how long someone is ill from it. I think that's the big mystery for me..I think I should be doing more and then am disappointed I don't have the energy my mind seems to think I have to. haha OK, it make sense in my head, not sure it does now in print.

You all are so patient with me.... thanks so much..I feel a bit like I'm not holding up my end here but trying to do the best I can.
