    I am a dispatcher in Idaho and looking to lose weight. Hopefully 100 lbs but shooting for 25 before my son's 3rd birthday on December 17th

    Hello from Illinois. I’m a 22 year dispatcher and auxiliary. I lost 70 and gained it back after hurting my back doing squats. Now I’m back to lose it again.

    I’m hoping this group is still active and to connect with those who can relate. In the past 9 months I’ve lost >40lbs but have recently plateaued. I work in a correctional facility where there’s little movement throughout the day and healthy food choices are limited.
