Well, I will never complain about taking the stinky bag of garbage out that I made because I was creating a healthy lunch of shrimp and veggie rice paper wraps .
As I walked out the door from work ,on this rainy day , I did not think about my goal. I realized once I had gotten home, that I WAS going to meet the days goal I had set . I started jogging IN my house , around and around . I was still 1000 away. Next ....the dog , I took her out walked her around the yard and still 500 short !
At last , my stinky garbage story .... I took the bag down the long drive to the garbage cans and walked the long way around and back to the house .... Yep, stinky garbage walk = 6754! I met my 6500!
So don't get discouraged, push yourself into your next days goal!
We can do this !
