Happy Thirsty Thursday! Just a few more days till the weekend ladies and what better way to celebrate after a nice hard workout at the barre? Enjoy one of these low-cal beverages of choice and feel free to add your own!

One of our non-alcoholic favs: Skinny Pina Colada, made with coconut water and fresh pineapple juice. Stir and serve.

One of our alcoholic favs: White Sangria! One 750ml bottle of light white wine (such as Broadbent Vinho Verde or the Cantine Giacomo Ascheri Moscato d’Asti) 3 cups of light lemonade *or you can make your own! 2oz vodka (unflavored) 1 Oz of Agave nectar *optional Sprig of lavender *optional 1-1 ½ cups of fruit such as: apples, pears, kiwi, lemon, honeydew, star fruit, strawberries, blueberries (basically whatever you have on hand!). Stir together and chill *best chilled for a full day
