Hey Challengers!

I just wanted to get a conversation started about proteins & how you attack them daily.
I try & hit my protein goals first & then "fill-in" with carbs & fats later in the day. My food for the day is based primarily on what proteins I choose. I would rather go over on my proteins because they fuel me through the day without having me feel sluggish. Muscle burns fat so enjoy your proteins!

What do you do to hit your goal?
