Gained two pounds from the Fourth of July and I am having a hard time getting them back off.
So I am 132 for the start of this challenge . I decided to lose about twenty more.
Goal weight is 112 for both the challenge and overall.

Our rec center where I use the scale was closed from the fourth until today. So I am going to weigh in today finally. I have dropped 3 pounds since the fourth. However I was weighing 248 just before the fourth due to water retention caused by heat.

Well, I had my official weigh in this morning. I'm not quite sure how I lost with eating more calories and my new personal training sessions, but I did!

This week was as high as 206, I really struggled to get my number to be lower than start week. The threshold of Onderland is so close, arguing with the gatekeeper is frustrating, but I am going to keep fighting until I break on through to the other side. I refuse to stay in homeostasis when I have 60 more pounds to lose.0 -

Hello Losers!
I will try yet another challenge to see if I can stick to this one and keep going. I almost made it to the end of the July
challenge with checking in but not great results in weight loss.
I have come back from week off on our sail boat and I gained 3.2 pounds. This was with riding my bike twice and getting
over 20,000 steps on my Fit Bit. So I will be weighing in on Thursday for this challenge.
I am leaving tonight for a weekend Yoga Retreat with my daughter. All vegetarian all the time! Maybe I will lose a pound.

My body seems to love being 207-208! Every time I get closer to 205, that weight just comes right back the next week. I know I wasn't 100% good this week, but even when I didn't eat my normal food I should have been at a deficit.... Going to hit the gym hard today to sweat off this pound (again)
