for health reasons I'm wanting to go gluten free. I don't know much about it other then no bread rice pasta anything with wheat. Can anyone recommend some sites for info and recipes or tips

    I get most of my stuff from Pinterest and Facebook. I follow UDI's gluten free foods, Gluten Free Goddess, on Pinterest. And on Facebook I follow Gluten Free Recipes 24/7, and a couple of others. You can actually search on Facebook just for Gluten Free and you would be surprised at everything thats there.
