Hey all!

Alisa, walking as much as you can is a smart way of sneaking in your exercise without too much stress!

Today was ab day, and I think I'm getting stronger, because I usually pull too hard on my neck but not so much today.

I tried adding PB and honey to my oatmeal today, and it was delish! Topped off with blueberries it was a great breakfast.

    Quite the day today. My daughter from AL had to head off back home. So sad to see them go. After they we off, I went hiking with my daughter from TN and her 2 oldest. We went to Donut Falls with rock climbing at the top. Had a great time. Got in some running, swimming, strength training, playing on the monkey bars and yoga! I am tired. Too bad I have to go to work tomorrow. Would love another day like today!
