Slacker, checking in!

I'm back and I confess I've been not only a slacker with checking in, but a slacker with my lifts. The past month has been terrible for me with my workouts. I was hanging in there with 2 or 3 lifts a week and then last week I did nothing. So, tonight, I'll get back on it. This week and next I have no reason that I can't lift 3 times a week. None. The following week I'll be out of town on vacation in Hilton Head. So no weights with me - which I guess means I'll miss another week of lifting. I'm not going to use the "just wait until after vacation" mentality, though. Better to do what I can now, no need to wait. I've been all busy wedding planning, shopping, my parents were in town last week...just hectic. I've been super exhausted! Got engaged May 30, getting married July 30 - takes some super fast decision making and planning skills LOL. Anyways. I'm doing it, people, no excuses! Beat me up (virtually) if I don't!
