1% Greek Yogurt - which brand sells it?

It might seem like a silly question but for the life of me, I've been unable to find a 1% Greek yogurt (only 0% or 2%) like the 21 Day Fix Approved Food List calls for so I've just been using 2%. Do any companies sell 1%?

But neither of these are organic and, frankly, I'd rather have organic than the right fat content. Have you considered making your own? It's easy to find 1% organic milk and you could make a batch, freeze some with fruit for a nice "ice cream" dessert and eat the rest as it is. Or go for non-fat, although from what I've heard the taste is a bit more intense when you go nonfat versus some fat. In the end, I don't really think 1% more will make or break your diet.0 -
0% and 2% are both good. I would use either without any concerns.0
