Counting Containers

I’m recommitting to me once again… I bought the 21 day fix program back in March, but with life taking over (my dad getting sick). I have decided now is the time to get it together. Can someone please tell me if you count your containers on MFP…. How? I don’t want to go anywhere near calories. Thx.

There is also an app for 21 Day Fix that includes counting your daily containers.0 -
