Two workouts per day ladies, please help!

For those who are doing two workouts per day, do you eat back your calories from both workouts? How do you typically handle calories from the second workout, or the workout with the highest burn?

I am starting two workouts a day this week - because I have the time, I'm bored, and it beats sitting all evening - and could really use some help.

    Not sure that this will make sense :) Typically I don't eat back my exercise calories per say, I do pay attention to them and in general the rule is to eat back no more than half to compensate for incorrect calorie burn information. Usually I am eating because I am hungry, the more you workout the more fuel your body needs. Now with that in mind I also think it is important at this point to start watching your macros and paying more attention to what you are eating to get the most out of your workouts.

    I dont usually eat back my calories if i feel the need to i only eat back a max of half of them..ive learned to know my body so i know when i need to eat more...

    I agree with everyone else that's posted. I only eat back exercise calories if I'm hungry and never more than half of them.

    I don't eat back.. I exercise to burn off extra calories for weekly weight loss.. generally my double workouts are done back to back and not one in the am/other in the pm if that makes sense.
