Hello, everyone! Today is Eid Al-Fitr! Eid al-Fitr is an important Islamic holiday that involves many Muslims waking up early and praying either at an outdoor prayer ground or a mosque. Many Muslims dress in their finest clothes and adorn their homes with lights and other decorations. Old wrongs are forgiven and money is given to the poor. Special foods are prepared and friends or relatives are invited to share the feast. Gifts and greeting cards are exchanged and children receive presents. With that in mind...

A family meal is planned at my house with a movie and popcorn following. We'll probably watch THE SLIPPER AND THE ROSE.0

We do this almost every day. Tonight I cooked a new Mexican dish.0

My boyfriend and I do this almost every night as well. Yesterday it was quinoa with mushrooms, carrots, and spinach. Yum!0
