21 Day Fix Extreme - resistance bands

For those of you doing Extreme - what size bands do you use? I know one of the packages comes with bands but I'd rather buy the workout-only package and get the bands locally. I wasn't sure what size came with the package, either. Thanks!

    Answering my own question since I finally found the answer....they are 15 lb bands.

    I use the band that came with the program and they are hard! LOL.
