Started and Stopped

I have started and stopped so many times, but I am starting again. I am setting mini goals. My goal is to lose 4 lbs in the next two weeks. That is 2 lbs a week. I know that sounds so easy, but in my case, not so much. Documenting and sharing hopefully will keep me accountable. So let's get this party started!
