Hi Everyone, I have seen and participated in this thread on other forums, so thought I would try it here as well. You just put you numbers in the post and then check back every so often so you and your "Fitness Twin" can connect!

I follow EM2WL (generally). Also I believe that smart food choices and working out are part of a balanced lifestyle, not a short-term "diet" to "fix" my body... I'd love to find my fitness twin! (Although anyone can add me for reciprocal support)

I started back Dec 1st 2015 with eating healthier, but due to a heath issue exercise was put on hold. I'm hoping within the next week or two I'll make that happen. I'm not into fad diets, trends or drinks. I believe in eating your calories & having balanced meals.0
