Modifying the exercises

I am wondering what exercises people are having to modify and what are you doing instead? The modifier Kat on the program is great to have but for myself and I'm sure others of you, I still need to modify even more because of knee issues.
So here are my
Modifications: No surrenders for me - absolutely not - ouch! Instead I do weighted donkey kicks during that minute. I also can't go as low with lunges on my right leg. So I just do what I can on that side. The CardioFix program is not used by me either - I sub a 30 min treadmill interval walk that day.

So what do others do? Share your modifiers....
