    Peach Festival 5k tomorrow. I'm not racing it because I'm just coming back from injury. Just aiming for 3.1 painless miles!

    So a comfortable 2:17 for the half. Relatively comfortable as it was hot and exposed, plus lots of very narrow stretches that precluded much passing.

    Narragansett Bay Half Marathon -- East Providence, Rhode Island; Sunday, July 19. Hot and humid! My time was 2:33:09. I took a bit more time at the water stations than usual, but it was worth it. I felt great.
