For me it is going great, was hoping to get off these steroids but my other adrenal gland has not started working yet, good new is I am still losing despite the steroids but it is just a harder battle. I can do it!!!! So can you ....Have a great weekend everyone!

    How's everyone doing? I just got back from a mini vacation. My food choices were horrible but everything else was great.
