Hello! I'm Tracey and I have RA and lupus. I Do not want to gain any more weight. Lots chronic pain and lots of weight to lose!

    Hi Tracey! Fe l free to add me! I'm dealing with undifferentiated connective tissue disorder and I can feel your pain. I've been struggling to lose weight and after a month im down 4 pounds! I'd like more but any loss is a good loss.

    Hi Iris.... Just saw your reply. 4pounds is awesome. Slow and steady Right? I just found some backless walking shoes that I think are going to work for me so I'm excited!!!! :) I'll go ahead and add you if that's still ok! We can do this!!
