hello! I'm new and didn't see a topic like this one. What is your goal for the week? Let's post our goal and post progress!

My goal is to track every bite I take and work out 30 min 3 times this week!

    I'm also new - my goal for this week is to get comfortable with the app, add some of my favorite recipes for easy tracking (I bake and cook from scratch a lot), try to track everything, and get my new fitbit synced (arriving tomorrow - I can't wait!).

    Oh, and lose weight. :)
