So I have a cold/ flu that's settled in my chest. I feel awful, but I also don't want to lose momentum. What do you think? Workout or not?

I generally use the rule that if the cold is above my neck, I workout, but if the cold has settled below my neck (and I'm achy), I take a day or two off.

Good general rule!!! You're body is busy fighting the infection and needs all the rest it can get. You will see greater results if you rest.

I am starting to get a 'summer cold'. I am feeling drained today. Just not sure if it's the cold medicine I took. I really don't want to take a break with the JMBR... I will see how I feel when I get home.
