Hi Jamie from Kirkcaldy Fife here joined today to help me shift 20kilo I put on while laid up sick after brain surgery to remove a tumour.already lost 6kilos and am back on my bike cycling being my thing

    hi Jamie,
    You've had a really good start to your Goal, so enjoy your journey. Cycling is very good therapy I hear. I stationary cycle because I fall off my regular Road bike :)
