Hi Everyone!
I am re-starting my journey with Jenny. I have about 40 lbs overall to lose for my dream bod. I am currently struggling right now with my feelings, food, and anxiety. I have a trainer that I work out with and meet with him 1-2 times a week. I horseback ride and also go to the gym on the days I don't meet with my trainer. Really just looking for other positive support and any suggestions. I am on the 1500 calorie diet getting the at-home meals.

Hey there Hilary -- I too am a Jenny restarter!
I know I haven't been doing things right, but now I'm focused and reallyl working to get some exercise in. You sound like you already have that element down!
I'm thinking about hiring a personal trainer once school gets back in session. (My hubby teaches college, and is currently sitting on his behind during Summer break!) Hopefully that will keep me accountable in the exercise department!
