How exciting! I love a challenge! I started with overeating in college. Picked up a bad habit from a friend who was diabetic and couldn't really control herself. In any case, I am really excited about this and I look forward to counting the days. I had a really terrible day yesterday but overcame my urges, threw away the food and ended the day at 1400 calories. I am now on Day 2, feeling good, and moving forward!

Good for you, it will get easier as time goes on.
Whatever you do, don't beat yourself up over a binge. Sometimes they aren't as "bad" as we think. (1400 calories is a great way to end the day!) I found the most important thing to do is just pick up the next day and start over with a brand new attitude that you can control this and you will not eat your feelings! (sounds cheesy I know)
