    I concur with those above who have said yoga! I love my workouts and look forward to them every day!!! Biggest thing for me is liking what I do- so my formula is yoga, running, paddleboarding, weights, and a bit of biking and hiking. It's fun to be so active!

    Also- you look beautiful! Congrats and wishing you continued success!
