Calorie goals

I am 10 months out and have hit my weight goal but still have a lot of work to do. I thought I had changed my limits in my fitness pal but it looks like they are different now. How do you have your set up? Calories, carbs, fat, protein, sodium and sugar?

    I am not at goal but about 7 months out. I am still focused on losing fat and also muscle gain. I am set at 1344 cals: P 125g, C 85g and F 56g. The sugar and sodium I just keep at the default.

    I am at goal and have been maintaining four about three months. I am basically back to my preop plan of 1500 cals with a 100g protein goal. Macros set at 40C, 30P, 30F.

    I am 18 months out, at goal and I have mine set at 2000, but I don't care if I go over. My macros are as follows: 50g carb (11%), 100g protein (23%), 129g fat (66%). I have days I am way lower on cals--14-1500, and days I am higher-- I go by how hungry I am. My main concern is not to go over 50g carbs-- the rest I do not worry about too much at all. Seems to be working as I have been within 5 pounds of my goal weight for the last 4 months.
