Let's move our moneymakers, do some "joyful movement" & show our (sometimes rebellious) bodies who's boss! Any type of "movement" (exercise) welcome which would help propel us towards our health/lifestyle goals. Anyone with me??

I'm in! I need to continue my hour of cycling 5-6 days a week. I'm looking forward to seeing how much weight I can drop in august by keeping that going.0
