    Hi I'm from Kent. Also started a group on here last night - Kent.Sussex and Surrey Uk which will need some members to get it going if anyone fancies contributing. I think it's good to have more local support . Especially if there are any sports/charity events going on we can all get involved in or show support. My aim is to lose a couple of stone and get more active . I've done it before so I know it can be done again. Anyway, friend requests welcome xx
