TOUR DE TACOS!

I heard this story on NPR this morning and wanted to share it with you guys. It's about an overweight hispanic man who starts bicycling after his doctor gave him a prediction of his imminent death. Now he runs his own shop and leads a few group rides. I almost cried when I heard this...I mean, its not that emotional but bicycling is so important to me and it gets me in my gut to hear people talking about how much it means to them too.

Love that story!
I started cycling to lose weight and eventually found a local girls' bike group to ride with. It is so much better riding with people than it was alone.0 -
I had a couple pop up in Instagram this year that have been pretty inspirational.
http://www.bridgetobridgeride.com/ -- Spencer is still riding.
http://www.theguyonabike.com/ - Luke is finished but his pictures and journal are interesting.
http://www.fatguyacrossamerica.com/ -- And Eric -- his story is new to me but I guess he's been in the news for a bit.0 -
Cool story I love things like this!0
