Alisa, sounds delish! And thanks for the suggestion, I'll definitely use that class for the challenge.

Today I did the 1000 abs challenge from Blogilates, and am feeling surprisingly ok...I'm anticipating soreness later though!

I also found a new yoga series that I love: Psyche Truth. Contrary to its mystical name, the instructor is actually very clear and down to earth, no ambiguous "feel the flames in your septum" stuff!

    1000 abs challenge? WOW!

    Today was a very full day! I canned blackberry syrup (14 pints) and pickled beets. It was a very purple morning. I actually made the syrup yesterday but was too tired to can it. Then I went hiking for 6+ hours. Very hard, very vertical. I am going to be sore (because I already am!)

    Maybe tomorrow I'll try Zumba for my "new" activity. My daughter bookmarked me a video that she says isn't too risque. lol If I wasn't so tired, I'd do the night time video tonight but I know that's not going to happen.
