I was super skinny during childhood ,but when puberty hit that was it for me.Fluctuation in my weight was my struggle. People sometimes didn't even recognize me because one time i was overweight and then I was small again. Keeping the weight off has been difficult.I am now 26 years old and at 200 lbs.My birthday is in one month and I have decided to take charge. No more crash diets. Its time to accept that yes I may have PCOS but I can help myself and keep the weight off. Will you join me,as I take charge of my life? :)

Yes, @Keesha135! You have my full support in taking charge, losing weight, and keeping it off. What activities do you have in mind?
