Starting tomorrow morning, we'll be posting our Week 1 Progress in a dedicated thread. Please try to get your Progress in by Thursday Night. Feel free to put down any kind of progress you've made- while we mostly have weight goals, all other victories are worth celebrating, too! Friday, I'll post what everyone combined has lost (in lbs.), and something that equates to. For instance, as a group, (minus a few who did not give me a number to work with) our goal is to lose 634 pounds combined, or about 1 adult male grizzly bear. Bye-bye, Yogi Bear!
