Ok guys, here we go, 1st progress report.

For me, I'm down 0.5 lbs.
Non-weight progress is that I've made it to the gym for 6 workdays in a row and I feel stronger already!

I am down 2.8 lbs and my favorite pair of pants already fit me a little bit better!0

I weighed on Monday and I'm just starting this so my weight then was 228.6 - down 7 pounds from 3 weeks ago. Weighing every Wednesday is now on my calendar0

I'm not sure about my weight but seen a difference in cloths this week.0

I know my chest is getting smaller as I have to keep adjusting my bras. waist I've lost a .25 in since last I measured
weight I am down 3.6lbs, though I lost 3lbs after day one. I think it had to do with TOM and sodium0 -

Here's been my progress so far (also on my profile). First pic is from May, though I wish I had taken a pic a few weeks before that one.

I don't "officially" weigh in until Friday, but I looked this morning and am down 2.2 from last week. I'll take it!0

My actual weigh in day is Saturday, but since last Saturday, I've lost 2.5 lbs. All of the running and strength training is paying off!

So, depending on whether I measure from Friday, when I joined the challenge, or last Wednesday, which gives me a week of progress, I'm either up 0.2 lb or down 4.1 lb. I assume the answer is somewhere in between, but I won't know for sure for another 5 days or so.

I just joined today, but down to my lowest weight yet this morning. 137.90

I was only down 0.4 lbs from July 22nd to the 29th - but that included a weekend of poor eating and I'm down 7.6 lbs since early July.
I have been so-so at maintaining my goal but great at staying in the 165-175 lbs range. Even that seems fine compared to my initial weight of 213 lbs in 2011.
