I'm 5'7, 120lbs. Very loose jello-y fat around waist, have had it all my life. I gain all my weight there, so instead of looking decent and just "thick" when I bulk I just get a huge gut with skinny arms and legs. What do I do.

I'd eat at a small surplus- like 250- and lift your a## off quiet frankly- you're arms look good- but I think it's mostly because you are so tiny- 120 pounds for 5'7" is quiet low.

I would suggest bulking at this point. The extra muscle might help you burn off that belly fat in your next cut.

    Have you tried a recomp?

Yeah I'd bulk over cutting. Have you tried a recomp? That was pretty helpful for me in terms of shifting weight because I'm a belly fat holder too.
