How to synch fitbit with myfitnesspal?

I purchased the Fitbit Charge HR but hate the calorie counter. I want to synch myfitnesspal account to my Fitbit so that calories will transfer to my Fitbit Dashboard. I have another girl in my office who is having the same problem. We have followed the instructions and have even reset the Fitbit and deleted and re-added both applications. Any suggestions?
